Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior AI/ML Engineer, based in Bengaluru. The role involves developing and implementing machine learning models, conducting advanced data analysis, and creating actionable algorithms. Daily tasks include working on neural networks, pattern recognition, and applying statistical techniques to drive project success. The Senior AI/ML Engineer will collaborate with other team members to enhance our AI-driven financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, train, and deploy LLMs (e.g., GPT, Llama, BERT) for financial NLP tasks

Build end-to-end AI/ML pipelines for real-time trading and risk analysis

Optimize models for performance, scalability, and low-latency inference

Collaborate with quant researchers and platform engineers to integrate AI into our systems

Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML trends, particularly in FinTech and Crypto domains

Ideal Candidate

4+ years of industry experience in AI/ML engineering

Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure

Proven experience working with LLMs, fine-tuning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and MLOps

Familiarity with financial data, crypto markets, or algorithmic trading (a strong plus)

Ability to translate cutting-edge research into production-ready solutions
