Details of the role:

- Must have strong data proficiency, exploratory data analysis, data visualization, and storytelling skills. Must have knowledge of well-designed experiments and statistical analysis concepts- Development & Validation of Application Scorecards for various loan segments such as Delinquency Analytics, Attrition Analytics, Controlling Business Attrition.

Knowledge on Commercial Bureau Triggers, Risk Monitoring of Loan Portfolio by using the following techniques:

- Using statistical & predictive modelling techniques like linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, k-means clustering etc. for various areas of Asset Analytics like : Portfolio level customer segmentation, Participate in research, development, and implementation of risk models, Analyze model changes and perform data analyses for various purposes including model improvement.

- Ability to Formulate Credit & ECL Policies (New as well as Modifications) including ability to articulate / write Clear & Crisp Credit Policy Documents. Build analytics to calculate fair value and limitation adjustments, calibrate model parameters and analyze price dynamics.

- Understand risks/issues associated with various pricing models and develop model risk mitigation and quantification of those limitations.

- Risk Measurement, Portfolio Tracking & Analysis - Understanding of Key Risk Performance Indicators (including Static pools, Lagged & Coincidental delinquency) as well as Expected Credit Loss (ECL) Model Design & implementation. Throughput Analysis & Reject Analysis (for Policy Improvements).

- Sound Knowledge of Processes & Systems in context of Risk & Business objectives, as well as Regulatory Guidelines. Handling Statutory Audit, Reporting to Risk Management Committee, Regulatory reporting to RBI, FIU.

Desired experience:

- Required 7-10 years of work exp. of which 6-7 years in Data Analytics.

- Highly analytical bent of mind and quantitative skills

- Possess strong excel and PPT skills.

- Knowledge on SQL, R, Python will be an added advantage to the role.

Education qualification: Candidate should be MBA/MSc Statistics/Engineering
