This is a founding creative/comms role for a VC funded GenAI startup.
At Trupeer.ai, we empower individuals & teams to create high-quality product videos and documentation effortlessly. Like Claude and Cursor for software development and Canva for design, Trupeer enables anyone—regardless of expertise—to craft stunning, professional content.
In a couple of months of launch, our platform is used by thousands of companies globally, from Fortune 500s such as Accenture, Amazon to startups such as Ema, Upstox.
We're a team of ex-startup operators and alums of IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay, BCG and Samsung Korea. In the past, the founders have built global businesses to $10Mn ARR & $100Mn of enterprise value (enroute IPO).

Regarding the role:
This role will drive the content thinking and execution for the company globally and across all the platforms. At Trupeer.ai, we want the users to feel a sense of delight and loyalty to the brand beyond what our product offers, and this role will shape that.
Some of the things this role will get to drive:
- A clutter breaking social media presence
- Content IPs across channels like youtube, newsletter, podcasts etc.
- Engaging and intuitive comms across all touchpoints for users (website, email etc.)
We believe in hands-on operators and executors. Each team member has to not just plan and strategize their initiatives, but also execute on their own and create help where needed.
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 2 years of startup/agency experience in any of the following fields (content, social media, marketing, copywriting, design).
- A rich portfolio that shows the distinctiveness and appeal of your content and creative work.
