You will be required to be a hands on coder so expertise in technologies mentioned is a must have.Must-Have Experience- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (Master's is a plus). - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience developing Agentic, LLM, and NLP-based applications. - Proficient in machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI techniques. - Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation. - Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch. - Strong knowledge of RAG-based models to enhance AI-driven search and retrieval systems. - Experience deploying ML models in production environments, ensuring efficiency and scalability. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Node.js, Python, JavaScript, and SQL. - Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision solutions. - Strong understanding of AI/ML algorithms, data structures, and model optimization techniques. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Most importantly:- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic startup environment and meet deadlines - Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, patterns and specifications. - Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, tools, and methodologies, incorporating best practices into development processes. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define project objectives, and deliver AI/ML solutions that meet customer needs and drive business value. - Ability to join within 15 daysCulture: Humility, teamwork, integrity, resilienc
