Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sous Chef located in Delhi, India. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, managing the kitchen staff, overseeing food production, and ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene. Requires extepertise in Continental and South Indian cuisines

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
  • Ability to manage and train kitchen staff
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Creative mindset and passion for culinary arts
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field is a plus
  • Certifications in Food Safety and Hygiene is a plus
