Role Overview / Job Summary :

We are seeking a visionary Cloud Data Platform Solution Leader with deep expertise in Snowflake and/or Databricks to spearhead our cloud data initiatives.

This role will be pivotal in establishing a market-leading practice, delivering innovative data-driven solutions, and driving adoption across industries.

The ideal candidate will blend technical excellence, solutioning skills, and leadership capabilities to guide clients through their data transformation journeys.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to :

- Design scalable architectures

- Develop reusable accelerators

- Establish Snowflake/Databricks as strategic platforms for client success

- Contribute to building and scaling data practices across key domains

This is a high-impact leadership role for individuals who combine deep cloud expertise with strategic vision and entrepreneurial drive.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead cloud data solutioning initiatives with Snowflake and/or Databricks as the core platforms.

- Architect and implement data warehouses, data lakes, and advanced data engineering pipelines.

- Engage with clients in pre-sales, workshops, and solution demonstrations to define cloud data strategies.

- Partner with business and technology stakeholders across healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and financial services domains.

- Drive delivery excellence in cloud-based data projects, ensuring high performance and scalability.

- Build, mentor, and lead teams to scale the organizations cloud data practice.

- Develop reusable accelerators, frameworks, and industry-specific use cases.

- Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and thought-leadership forums.

- Collaborate with major cloud ecosystem partners (AWS, Azure, GCP) to strengthen alliances.

Mandatory Skills :

- Snowflake and/or Databricks expertise (58+ years)

- Strong knowledge of cloud-based data architecture and solutioning

- Proven experience in data warehousing, engineering, and lakehouse design

- Client-facing solutioning and pre-sales experience

- Domain expertise in Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Financial Services

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

- Track record of cloud data project delivery and implementation

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience developing reusable assets, accelerators, and industry-specific solutions

- Prior success in building and scaling cloud data practices

- Active involvement in community engagements (conferences, blogs, thought leadership)

- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP ecosystems and integrations

- Ability to establish strategic partnerships with platform vendors
