Description :Job Summary :We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and manage technology projects from initiation to delivery.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.You will act as a bridge between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients, driving collaboration and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities :- Plan, execute, and deliver technical projects according to scope, timeline, and budget.- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.- Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, operations, and business analysts.- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, proactively mitigating potential impacts.- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to senior management and stakeholders.- Facilitate meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.- Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and best practices.- Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and clients as needed.- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing lessons learned.- Support budgeting, procurement, and contract management activities related to projects.Required Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in technology or software development environments.- Strong technical understanding of software development, infrastructure, or IT operations.- Proven experience managing Agile/Scrum projects.- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
