Night ShiftJob Description: Technical Recruiter (US Staffing)We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiters specializing in US Staffing to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in US IT staffing, along with a strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing strategies, and client relationship management. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a deep understanding of the US job market, including tax terms, visa types, and compliance standards.Key Responsibilities:Full-Cycle Recruitment:Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding.Understand client requirements and source high-quality IT professionals accordingly.Sourcing & Screening:Utilize multiple job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify top talent.Leverage social media platforms, internal databases, referrals, and direct networking to identify potential candidates.Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.Candidate Engagement & Networking:Develop and maintain strong relationships with active and passive candidates.Build a network of IT professionals to quickly fulfill client needs and minimize turnaround time.Maintain an updated pipeline of qualified candidates for future job opportunities.Understanding of US Tax Terms & Compliance:Knowledge of US tax terms such as W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp (C2C) to effectively match candidates with appropriate opportunities.Basic understanding of US work visas (H1B, TN, Green Card, OPT, CPT, etc.) to ensure compliance with employment regulations.Negotiation & Offer Management:Negotiate salary, benefits, and contract terms with candidates while ensuring alignment with client requirements.Extend job offers and facilitate the onboarding process.Collaboration & Client Interaction:Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand job requirements and hiring needs.Ensure a seamless recruitment process with effective coordination between candidates, hiring managers, and clients.Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience in IT recruitment for domestic or US staffing.Proficiency in sourcing and screening IT professionals across various domains and skill sets.Strong knowledge of job portals and other sourcing techniques.Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting tight deadlines.Experience working with Corp-to-Corp (C2C), 1099, and W2 contracts.Knowledge of US tax terms.Ability to build relationships with candidates and clients to reduce turnaround time in placements.
