Job Title: US Recruitment (IT/Engineering/ Engineering Fresher/ Healthcare)
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled recruitment professional to join our team in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage the end-to-end life cycle of recruitment from requirement to onboarding of candidates.
- To source candidates from various sources like job portals, databases, references, and other networks.
- To evaluate candidates based on their skills, functional knowledge, domain expertise, experience, and qualifications.
- To build and sustain a network of potential candidates.
- To negotiate compensation, extend offers, facilitate candidate placement, and solicit referrals for other qualified consultants.
- To submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.
- To meet or exceed weekly goal expectations.
- To effectively utilize internal systems and databases to record different stages in the recruitment process.
Working Hours and Days: Monday to Friday (with Saturday and Sunday off)
