Job Description:

In this role, you will be at the forefront of our talent acquisition efforts, leading a team of recruiters to identify, attract, and hire the best candidates. You will develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with our business goals, build a strong employer brand, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to meet the company’s hiring needs.
  • Lead Recruitment Team: Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Talent Sourcing: Oversee the sourcing of candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding, maintaining open communication and transparency.
  • Employer Branding: Develop and promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification is an additional advantage.
