Most important responsibilities:

1. teaching of defined learning content, structures and objectives, aligned with the company's processes and the dual training framework plan

2. implementation of training courses, exercises, practice projects and learning objective checks

3. provision of tools and methods for apprentices to develop learning content independently

4. ensuring that the defined training content is taught by the On-Job-Training-departments or the part time trainers

5. Being a role model regarding the Endress+Hauser culture and deriving measures for the personal development of trainees

6. assessing, documenting and promoting the professional and personal development of apprentices and students

7. participation in or management of projects in the respective training area

8. participation in the selection of apprentices in cooperation with the training coordinator and supervisors

9. carrying out special campaigns and process-related tasks, such as operating orders, to convey an understanding of the process

10. ensuring the operational readiness of machines and tools in the training workshop and assisting in the selection of new systems and equipment

11. representing Endress+Hauser at internal and external events in the training environment, such as career information days

12. conception of training courses including the preparation of training documents and their implementation as part of personnel development measures in coordination with the supervisor

13. participation in bodies and committees in the training environment e.g. Examination, AHK

Job requirement: Graduate of a vocational school, Experience in a company / technical departments e.g. Quality, Calibration, Process or Production, Further education in regard Bachelor e.g. Evening university and willingness to be exposed to an English-speaking environment’

Experience: 3 - 5 years

Integration time: 1 year
