We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Developer with expertise in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to join our dynamic team. This role requires a seasoned developer who can lead a team of developers, deliver high-quality code, and ensure the seamless execution of projects. Experience Required : 3+ Years

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support in technical challenges.

- Set coding standards, best practices, and architecture guidelines for the team.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of deliverables.

- Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web and mobile applications using MERN Stack and React Native.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

- Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.

- Plan sprints, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing solutions.

- Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team to foster continuous Characteristics :

Must-Have Skills :

- Proficiency in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).

- Strong experience in building cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.

- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and web services integration.

- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Expertise in version control systems like Git.

- Strong knowledge of database management and optimization.

- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.

- Proven experience leading and managing a team of developers.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Docker or Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Background in UI/UX design and user-centric development.
