Technical Leadership & Vision :
- Provide strong technical leadership and guidance to the development team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Define and communicate the technical vision and strategy for web application development, aligning with product roadmaps and business goals.
- Drive key architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, security, and performance of our applications.
- Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and evaluate their potential application within the organization.
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges.
Team Management & Mentorship :
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers, including task delegation, performance management, and professional development.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering their technical growth and expertise in relevant technologies.
- Promote effective communication and collaboration within the team and with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
Design & Development Oversight :
- Lead the design and architecture of complex web applications, ensuring alignment with best practices and business requirements.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to architectural guidelines.
- Provide hands-on technical expertise and contribute to the development effort when necessary, particularly for critical or complex components.
- Ensure the creation and maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation.
Cloud Management (Azure Focus) :
- Monitor and manage Azure cloud resources, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like ARM templates or Terraform.
- Optimize cloud resource utilization and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Implement and maintain security best practices within the Azure environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues in a timely manner.
Collaboration & Communication :
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical1 specifications.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other agile ceremonies.
- Work effectively with QA teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
- Coordinate with other engineering teams and architects to ensure system integration and consistency.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in software development, with a strong focus on :
- Front-end Development : Extensive experience with React and its ecosystem (e.g. , Redux, Context API, React Router, testing frameworks).
- Back-end Development : Deep understanding of .Net Core framework and C# programming language.
- Database : Proven experience with NoSQL databases, specifically Azure Cosmos DB.
- Cloud Technologies : Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (e.g. , App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor).
- Prior experience in leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable and high-performance web application
