  • Minimum 6-8 years of proven experience as a techno-functional consultant in Manhattan WMS.
  • Hands-on experience of 6 months to 18 months in Manhattan Active.

  • Supply Chain Business Intelligence Tools

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide and review complex supply chain solutions.
  • Design, configure, test, and deploy WMS and other supply chain technology solutions.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of a project, including project design, project planning, prioritizing objectives, and status reporting.
  • Perform risk analysis including identifying project risk, identifying potential impacts of those risks, and crafting risk mitigation strategies.
  • Measure key supply chain metrics and share feedback with client executives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Manhattan WMS.
  • Configure and customize Manhattan WMS to optimize warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and pick-pack-ship processes.
  • Lead system integration efforts between WMS and other enterprise systems such as ERP ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
  • Conduct system analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to new systems and processes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in WMS and supply chain management.
