The Enterprise Procurement Specialist will lead end-to-end procurement activities across strategic categories, ensuring cost optimisation, supplier excellence, contract compliance, and operational efficiency. The role partners with cross-functional teams to drive sourcing strategy, negotiate high-value contracts, manage vendor performance, and support enterprise-wide procurement transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle procurement: sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding.- Develop and implement category strategies to deliver cost savings and process improvements.- Execute strategic sourcing initiatives and run RFP/RFQ processes.- Conduct supplier evaluations, performance reviews, and risk assessments.- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, SLAs, and contracting standards.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Legal, IT, etc.).- Maintain procurement data accuracy, dashboards, and spend analytics.- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation in procurement operations.
