SMS & WhatsApp integration 16. Familiarity with Financial Services Cloud is highly desirable 17. Understanding of data model to support individual, household, HUF types of accounts 18. Understanding of different types of transactions 19. Customer 360 view 20. Familiarity with backend core systems for wealth management in India is highly desirable 21. KYC, Address & CAS verification 22. AML & Credit Rating check 23. E-Signature using Leegality or equivalent system 24. Wealth Spectrum, Trackwizz, BSE StAR, 1SilverBullet etc.
