About Position: Salesforce Automation QA with service cloud, AI testing and experience in Accelq.Role: Salesforce QA Automation Location: All Persistent Locations Experience: 6+ Years Job Type: Full Time EmploymentWhat You'll Do:QA Automation will ensure that system functions correctly after updates, customizations and integration. Salesforce QA automation is essential for ensuring the reliability and performance of Salesforce applications, involving various testing methodologies to validate customizations and integrationsExpertise You'll Bring:Looking for someone with 6+ years of QA experience and well versed in QA Practices. Should have knowledge of the Salesforce Service Cloud and/or EComm- Salesforce Order Management. Should have knowledge of Salesforce Agent force testing (Either automation or manual) Candidate should be able to perform both Automation and manual testing as per sprint progress with major focus on manual testing in first few sprints. Should have working experience in Agile methodology. Should be familiar with Jira, Git, Any test automation tool like Selenium, Rest Webservices.
