Location:Tech Army, Airoli, MumbaiWork Mode:On-site Shift Timing:8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (US Process)About the Role: Tech Army is seeking aBusiness Process & Automation Analyst / Developerwith 3–5 years of experience inprocess improvement, automation development, and dashboard creationusing Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate. The selected candidate will work closely with business teams to streamline workflows, build automation tools, and create data-driven dashboards to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency for our U.S. business processes.Key Responsibilities: Analyze and document business workflows, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization. Develop, test, and deployautomation workflowsusingMicrosoft Power Automate. Design and buildinteractive dashboards and reportsinPower BIfor performance tracking and management insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions. Create process documentation, user manuals, and training materials for automated workflows and dashboards. Conductuser acceptance testing (UAT)and support deployment activities for process automation initiatives. Write and optimizeSQL queriesfor data extraction, validation, and reporting. Support ongoingprocess improvement projectsand proactively identify opportunities for operational excellence. Troubleshoot and maintain existing automation solutions and ensure data accuracy in reports.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant experience inPower BI developmentandPower Automate workflow creation. Hands-on experience inSQLanddata visualization. Strong understanding ofbusiness process analysisand automation methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines independently.
