Job Description: Content Writer
The Content Writer will be part of AdvantageClub.ai's Marketing team, responsible for crafting quality (all forms) of digital content for various marketing initiatives, including PR/communications, Website Blogs, events marketing and content SEO, organic social, and paid media.
The Content Marketing Lead will drive a holistic content strategy across the business. He/She will report to the Content Head to build, execute, and measure the performance of content marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
● Write AdvantageClub.ai Blogs on topics related to Employee Engagement, Rewards & Recognition, Culture, Well-being and overall employee experience.
● Ideation and execution of multi-media content development, including
Advantage Club video/audio series
● Work on research projects to build AdvantageClub.ai as an industry thought leader, including survey design, analysis, written reports, and working with the In-house creative team on final outputs
● Help AdvantageClub.ai to drive its global thought leadership, build awareness for its
executives, and amplify key business messages.
● Partner with social media, paid media, and PR/communications teams to ensure
AdvantageClub.ai is amplified across channels.
● Measure content performance at regular intervals and present content analysis to
leadership
Required skills and experience:
● 2-4 years of experience in marketing and communications with an emphasis on
-content development.
● Experience in creating content for the HR/ HR Tech industry.
● Highly motivated and extremely organized individual with exceptional writing and
research skills
● Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills that will appeal to
C-Suite Executives and HR professionals.
● Experience collaborating with C-suite executives and high-level stakeholders.
● Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven and startup environment.
