Role: Content Writer

Location: Gurugram


As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing high-quality content

that supports customer and merchant communication. This role requires a deep understanding of

content strategy and excellent writing skills to ensure engaging and effective communication.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in content creation, demonstrating the ability to

produce clear, compelling, and SEO-friendly content that resonates with the target audience and

supports account management efforts.


Core Responsibilities

● Write original articles from scratch, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and relevant to

our audience.

● Review and edit content for grammatical accuracy and coherence in both Hindi and English.

● Implement SEO friendly practices to optimize content for search engines, including keyword

research and integration.

● Ensure all content is original, not plagiarized, not AI or paraphrased, and adheres to our

quality standards.

● Allocates the appropriate amount of time and resources for completing work and monitors

and adjusts plans and actions as necessary.

● Research clients’ products, services, plans, competitors, and target markets.

● Good ideator, thinker, hard-working, and a good command of the English language.

● Writing clear, concise, and compelling copy for various mediums, such as websites, blogs,

social media, emails, and marketing materials.

● Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging content formats.


Qualification


● Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Content Strategist, Copywriter, or similar role

● Portfolio of published articles

● Experience doing research using multiple sources

● Strong SEO understanding

● Excellent writing and editing skills in English

● Excellent creativity with content marketing

● Good proficiency in short-form as well as long-form marketing content
