Main objective of the position: -

End to end management of India Payroll. Lead payroll function, ensuring payroll processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations:

  1. Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
  2. Coordinating and managing people soft ID creation and coordinating with Mexico Team for updating changes.
  3. -Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
  4. Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
  5. Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
  6. Managing Expat Payroll and coordinating with our Tax consultants for inputs and clarification.
  7. Design and recommend changes to the various compensation programs being run in the company.
  8. Perform Analysis of final payroll output to highlight deviation against last month before the salary is processed.
  9. Ensure F&F settlement is calculated and paid on time; recommend best practices.
  10. Monitor statutory and legal compliances and ensure that adheres to all guidelines as required by the law of the land.
