About the role:OYO manages more than 70,000 homes in Europe for short term vacation rental under the brand name Belvilla, Dancenter, Direct booker etcThese homes are distributed across Europe and come with their own set of features with varied property types such as holiday parks, villas, apartment complexes etc and have their own unique challenges to generate revenueThis role will be helping manage revenue from a few of these countries / Property types and work on improving asset level productivity1. Deep dive at asset level to identify opportunity to improve productivity at channel level2. Identify initiatives to achieve 30-50% growth across their portfolio3. Device program and campaigns to improve performance at scale across channels. Build greater understanding of each channel by identifying L1, L2 and L3 level metric.4. Lead strategic and tactical discussion with internal team / partners to improve revenue by solving inherent revenue blockers.5. Work with Account managers, country teams in building an understanding of the geography so as to incorporate into optimize revenueRole will be part of Revenue team for OYO vacation homes, and we will be key part of Revenue leadership in OYO.Core metric ownership:1. Revenue delivery for portfolio2. % asset with active production.Skills Required:- Strong understanding of data and motivated enough to drive levers end to end- Good Communication skills- Good interpersonal skills and stakeholder management (ref:iimjobs.com)
