With offices in Gurgaon and Bangalore, were on a mission to reimagine the future of customer engagement.About the Role Product Manager, Digital ProductionWe are looking for a Product Manager/Senior Product Manager to lead our Digital Production track driving the next generation of immersive and photoreal experiences that blend creativity, technology, and business impact. This role demands a builders mindset someone who has already built products, understands the nuances of visual tech, and is driven by the hunger to prove and create something exceptional.Youll operate at the intersection of creative storytelling, real-time 3D visualization, and scalable platform thinking, shaping how global brands leverage virtual production for marketing, commerce, and engagement.Key Responsibilities:- Define and evolve the product vision and strategy for Virtual Production, grounded in customer needs and measurable business outcomes.- Build customer-backward solutions, ensuring every feature solves real pain points and drives impact.- Lead end-to-end product discovery partner with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to validate problems and test hypotheses before scaling.- Balance creative and platform thinking design experiences that wow end-users while ensuring scalability, reusability, and technical robustness.- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and GTM teams to deliver high-quality, on-time product releases.- Monitor market and competitive trends across the virtual production, 3D visualization, and immersive experience landscape to identify opportunities and differentiators.- Drive adoption and engagement metrics, leveraging analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) to inform decisions and iterate fast.Candidate Qualifications:- 5-7+ years of product management experience with exposure to both B2B and consumer-facing products.- Experience in visual tech industries such as interior design software, game development studios, or virtual production environments.- Proven track record of building and shipping a product from zero to one or scaling an existing platform.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient with product intelligence tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar.- Hands-on experience with product discovery frameworks, hypothesis testing, and lean experimentation.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence and align cross-functional teams.- Background in SaaS, platform, or immersive/digital experience products is a plus.What We Value:- Hunger to prove and build something extraordinary.- Curiosity to deeply understand users, markets, and technologies.- Bias for action and comfort operating in ambiguity.- Ability to balance strategy and execution with precision.- Empathy and a strong user-centric mindset in every decision.
