Job Summary:-
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to source, identify, and hire top talent for our clients. This role requires a proactive recruiter who can manage the entire recruitment process and collaborate with clients to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Long-term Commitment: Commit to working with IgniteAndRise for at least 90 days, actively contributing to the growth and success of the recruitment team. Share insights to enhance recruitment processes.
- Recruitment: Source, screen, and recruit candidates for a variety of roles, with a strong focus on sales positions. Build a diverse talent pipeline for both freshers and experienced professionals across IT and non-IT sectors.
- Candidate Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to final placement, while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates. Conduct interviews and provide timely feedback.
- Strategic Planning: Create and execute effective recruitment strategies. Utilize multiple sourcing channels to attract candidates without initially relying on job portals.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide customized recruitment solutions that align with their business goals.

Probation and Compensation: The initial probation period lasts for 90 days, where you’ll receive a base salary of ₹10,000 per month, paid as a lump sum of ₹30,000 at the end of the contract. In addition to the base salary, you can earn ₹30,000 for every successful candidate placement, offering significant performance-based rewards.
Post-Probation Benefits: After completing probation, you’ll be eligible for a competitive salary, which could increase by 10% to 40%, based on your performance. However, if a referred candidate leaves the organization within 45 days, no payment will be issued for that placement.
Timely Payments & Comprehensive Training: Compensation will be disbursed within 45 to 75 days after a successful candidate placement. Moreover, you’ll have access to our training resources and an innovative work culture that promotes collaboration and continuous learning.
