Work Location: Bangalore

Compensation Range: 12-16 LPA

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance professional with strong expertise in financial consolidation, goodwill accounting, and compliance with Ind AS and IFRS standards. The role requires hands-on experience in preparing consolidated financial statements and managing complex reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation and review of financial consolidation across multiple entities.

- Accounting and reporting for goodwill and impairment testing.

- Handling non-controlling interests in group financial statements.

- Ensuring compliance with Ind AS 116 (Leases) and other applicable Ind AS/IFRS standards.

- Supporting statutory audits and coordination with external auditors.

- Assisting in preparation of management reports and variance analysis.

- Maintaining accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.

Key Requirements:

- CA Intermediate / B.Com / CPA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.

- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, including Ind AS 116, and IFRS.

- 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial consolidation and reporting.

- Experience with ERP/consolidation tools such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion (HFM), or similar.

- Familiarity with intercompany reconciliation, journal entries, and multi-currency consolidations.

- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and a structured approach to financial reporting.

-Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with teams across geographies.
