Our team of Performance Specialists collaborates closely with clients to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.Learn more about us at Financial ConsolidationWork Location: BangaloreMode of Work: Work from OfficeCompensation Range: 12-16 LPAJob Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance professional with strong expertise in financial consolidation, goodwill accounting, and compliance with Ind AS and IFRS standards. The role requires hands-on experience in preparing consolidated financial statements and managing complex reporting requirements.Key Responsibilities:- Preparation and review of financial consolidation across multiple entities.- Accounting and reporting for goodwill and impairment testing.- Handling non-controlling interests in group financial statements.- Ensuring compliance with Ind AS 116 (Leases) and other applicable Ind AS/IFRS standards.- Supporting statutory audits and coordination with external auditors.- Assisting in preparation of management reports and variance analysis.- Maintaining accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.Key Requirements:- CA Intermediate / B.Com / CPA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.- Strong knowledge of Ind AS, including Ind AS 116, and IFRS.- 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial consolidation and reporting.- Experience with ERP/consolidation tools such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion (HFM), or similar.- Familiarity with intercompany reconciliation, journal entries, and multi-currency consolidations.- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and a structured approach to financial reporting. -Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with teams across geographies.Compensation and Benefits:- Insurance - Medical Insurance Coverage of 3,00,000 for individual, spouse, and kids.
