Job Overview :We are looking for an experienced and passionate Python/Gen AI Developer to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, AI/ML frameworks, and hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI systems. You will play a key role in developing intelligent, scalable, and production-ready AI Responsibilities : - Design, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs for internal applications.- Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.- Build and deploy agentic AI systems using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.- Develop and manage scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.- Ensure performance, scalability, and security of deployed AI systems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, and product managers.- Conduct research and experimentation to improve model performance.- Stay updated with latest developments in Gen AI and apply best practices.Required Skills : - Minimum 1.5 years of hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, PySpark.- Strong Python development skills.- Web development experience using FastAPI, Django, or Flask (minimum 1.5 years).- Experience in fine-tuning LLMs using Hugging Face, DeepSpeed, LoRA/PEFT.- Strong understanding of RAG architecture and vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, OpenSearch.- Familiarity with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, etc.- Proficient in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).- Understanding of embedding models, vector search, and hybrid retrieval techniques.- Experience in deploying models in production to Have : - Experience with multi-modal AI (text, image, audio).- Knowledge of MLOps practices (model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD for ML).- Exposure to privacy-preserving AI and responsible AI Join Us?- Work on cutting-edge Gen AI projects- Collaborate with a passionate and experienced team- Opportunity to innovate and lead AI-driven solutions in real-world applications (ref:hirist.tech)
