Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build basic AI models, with a focus on Generative AI (including LLMs and multimodal AI).
  • Fine-tune and evaluate large language models for introductory applications.
  • Develop simple AI systems capable of basic reasoning, planning, and tool utilization.
  • Assist in integrating AI models into our existing systems and applications.
  • Experiment with and optimize AI models for learning purposes.
  • Write clear and structured code for AI services.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot AI models in controlled environments.
  • Actively collaborate with the AI team on technical discussions and research.

What We're Looking For

  • 0–1 year of experience as an AI Intern.
  • Basic proficiency in Python and introductory AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
  • Basic understanding of Generative AI concepts (LLMs, embeddings, prompt engineering, RAG).
  • Familiarity with AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).
  • Experience in building or deploying transformer-based AI models.
  • Basic knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate).
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Docker.
  • Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Interest in reinforcement learning or multi-agent AI systems.
  • Basic knowledge of AI development operations (MLOps) tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases).
  • Exposure to multimodal AI (text, image, audio, video).
  • Basic familiarity with API development (Flask, FastAPI) for deploying AI models.
