Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities:

Lead Qualification and Outreach:

Qualify inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns and follow up with them

through calls, emails, and social media.

Prospecting:

Identify new business opportunities by researching potential clients and initiating

contact to build relationships.

Pipeline Management:

Maintain and update records in the CRM (HubSpot experience preferred), ensuring

all interactions are accurately documented and the pipeline is managed effectively.

Appointment Setting:

Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team, acting as the initial

touchpoint for potential clients.

Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Teams:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create strategies for lead

generation and conversion.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor key performance metrics, including response rates, meeting conversion

rates, and pipeline progression, to continuously improve processes.


Requirements:

Experience:

6 months to 1 year of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar role in a B2B

environment

Excellent Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects

effectively.

CRM Proficiency:

Experience with CRM tools like Zoho is a plus.

Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented:

A proactive attitude with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.

Research and Analytical Skills:

Ability to research potential clients and understand their needs to tailor outreach

appropriately.


Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

● Understanding of the B2B SaaS sales proc
