Key Responsibilities :- Lead SAP Commerce (Hybris) development and rollout projects across multiple countries.- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams.- Customize and extend SAP Commerce Accelerator storefronts to meet business requirements.- Develop and maintain integrations between SAP Commerce, SAP ERP, and cloud platforms (including CCV2).- Utilize Java, Spring Framework, RESTful APIs, JSP, and other technologies to deliver scalable solutions.- Collaborate closely with architects, front-end, and back-end teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.- Drive performance optimization and debugging efforts to improve system reliability and responsiveness.- Implement DevOps best practices, including version control using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.- Apply knowledge of headless commerce architectures to design flexible, future-proof solutions.- Ensure on-time delivery of project milestones while maintaining high quality standards.Required Skills and Experience :- Minimum 8 years of IT experience with at least 5 years focused on SAP Commerce (Hybris) development and rollout projects.- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, RESTful APIs, JSP, and SAP Commerce Accelerator storefront.- Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex rollout projects.- Hands-on experience with integration between SAP Commerce and SAP ERP/cloud platforms (CCV2).- Solid understanding of DevOps processes and experience using Git for version control.- Knowledge of headless commerce architecture and modern eCommerce best practices.- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.- Willingness to work in a hybrid mode and flexible to travel as required.
