Your role will involve creating effective ad strategies, optimizing ad performance, and ensuring our advertising efforts drive business growth and success.Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns across various platforms (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, etc.). - Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and phrases. - Ad Creation: Write compelling ad copy and design engaging ad creatives that attract and convert target audiences. - Bid Management: Monitor and adjust bids to maximise ROI and achieve campaign objectives. - Performance Analysis: Analyse campaign performance data using Google Analytics and other tools to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. - A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective ad variations and strategies. - Budget Management: Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to achieve maximum results within budget constraints. - Reporting: Prepare detailed performance reports and present findings to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations. - Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to ensure optimal campaign performance.Qualifications- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. - Experience: Proven experience as a Google Ads Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful campaigns. - Certifications: Google Ads Certification is highly desirable. - Skills: - Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time-management skills. - Technical Skills: Familiarity with other PPC platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.
