The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end sponsored ad campaigns to boost sales, visibility, and ROI across online marketplaces. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimizeperformance and sponsored ad campaignsacross major marketplaces. Manage daily ad budgets, monitor performance, and ensure campaigns meet ROI and KPI targets. Conduct data-driven analysis to improve CTR, conversion rate, and cost efficiency. Collaborate with category, marketing, and sales teams to align ad strategies with business goals. Research competitor ads and track marketplace trends to identify new growth opportunities. Prepare campaign reports and actionable insights using Excel and analytics tools. Required Skills & Competencies 1–2 years of hands-on experience inrunning paid adsfor e-commerce or quick commerce brands. Strong command ofSponsored Ads, CPC/CPM campaigns, keyword targeting, and performance optimization . Analytical mindset with advanced Excel and reporting skills. Excellent understanding of marketplace algorithms and ad placement strategies. Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Ad campaign ROI and overall sales contribution. Click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CVR), and cost per acquisition (CPA).
