About HYT:

HYT engineering company Pvt Ltd formerly known as HYT Engineering Corporation started its operation in 1977 with manufacturing drilling machines and lathes. Since then the company has grown into a technology driven organization which has manufactured over 900 machines adopting international standards.

HYT Engineering Company Pvt Ltd has an Ultra-Modern Facility of 16000 square metres for design, manufacturing and testing of machines. A team of 500 High skilled, semi-skilled manpower and 350 staff members including qualified engineers is devoted to fulfil all customer requirements. We are having a Service set up in PAN India with a dedicated team of 150 Service Engineers. HYT has developed and established agencies for maintaining our machines on the global platform as well.

We at HYT are constantly upgrading technology to provide economical solutions for challenging demands. We believe in providing turnkey solutions from design, manufacturing to after sales maintenance. Job Description:

Government Sales Strategy:

- Assist in developing and executing the government sales strategy in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.

- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and government procurement processes to identify opportunities for growth.

Client Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and nurture relationships with government clients, understanding their needs, challenges, and requirements.

- Collaborate with clients to provide solutions that address their unique needs, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Sales and Business Development:

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue government sales opportunities, including tenders, bids, and contracts.

- Lead negotiations, create compelling proposals, and participate in presentations to secure new business.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

- Provide guidance and mentorship to the government sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure seamless execution of government sales initiatives.

Market Research and Analysis:

- Stay updated on government policies, regulations, and industry trends that could impact government sales.

- Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging opportunities and stay ahead of competitive challenges.

Performance Metrics and Reporting:

- Monitor and track key performance metrics related to government sales, analyzing results and making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

- Prepare regular reports for senior management outlining sales performance, pipeline status, and strategic insights.

Compliance and Documentation:

- Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements related to government sales.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contracts, agreements, and client Bachelor's degree in B tech BE MECHANICAL & MBA IN Business, Marketing, or a related field

- Proven track record in government sales, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

- Strong understanding of government procurement processes, regulations, and compliance.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.

- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.

- Results-driven attitude with a commitment to exceeding targets and objectives.
