The company is deeply committed to empowering SMEs, MSMEs, and retailersthe driving force behind Atmanirbhar Bharatand strengthening the nations creation and consumption ecosystem.Role OverviewThe Head of Finance will play a strategic leadership role, overseeing all aspects of the companys financial management and operations. This position demands a forward-thinking finance professional who can drive financial discipline, ensure compliance, and contribute to long-term strategic growth. The role is based on-site in Noida and requires close collaboration with senior leadership, investors, and cross-functional teams.Key Strategy & Planning- Develop and execute the companys financial strategy aligned with overall business objectives.- Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to support decision-making at the executive level.- Drive business planning, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.Financial Operations & Reporting- Oversee end-to-end financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, treasury, and taxation.- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.- Establish and monitor key financial metrics, KPIs, and performance dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.- Maintain rigorous internal controls and risk management practices to safeguard company assets.Budgeting & Cost Management- Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.- Conduct variance analysis and implement corrective actions to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency.- Evaluate new investment opportunities, partnerships, and capital expenditures.Compliance, Governance & Risk Management- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, RBI guidelines, and company policies.- Oversee audits (internal and external) and liaise with auditors, regulators, and investors.- Identify financial and operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high standards of performance and accountability.- Collaborate with senior management, business units, and external partners to drive financial transparency and operational excellence.- Represent the company in financial discussions with investors, lenders, and corporate partners.Qualifications & Experience- Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.- Professional certification such as CA, CPA, CFA, or CMA preferred.- 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.- Proven experience in financial planning & analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, and fundraising.- Strong understanding of FinTech, NBFC operations, or digital lending models is highly desirable.- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a strong business acumen.- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
