  • Lead Source Consolidations: Review Lead source platform offerings and consolidate qualified project information to ensure project potential is maximized with potential project participants and bidding entities.
  • Drawing and Specification Review: Thoroughly review project drawings and specifications to assess project requirements, scope, and potential challenges.
  • Qualification Analysis: Evaluate projects to determine their viability and suitability for bidding, ensuring they meet company standards and objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Administrator to ensure qualified projects are accurately set up and documented on the bid board.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all project qualifications, including notes on key project elements, risks, and requirements.
  • Communication: Provide clear and concise reports on project qualifications to relevant stakeholders, including project management and estimating teams.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve the qualification process.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred.


Experience:

  • Experience in construction project research, estimating, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with ConstructConnect or similar project research platforms.
  • Experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.


Skills:

  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex construction documents and specifications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices.
