Description : Role : ML/AI Applied EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning / AI Applied Engineer to join our fast-growing, VC-backed startup. This is a full-time opportunity where you will contribute across the entire AI development lifecycle - including dataset creation and curation, model development, results visualization, in-depth analysis, and deployment of AI-driven solutions for enterprise clients.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI systems- Work with large datasets, ensuring quality through data curation and preprocessing- Conduct feature engineering, data analysis, and visualization to drive insights- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable AI solutions- Continuously evaluate and improve model performanceRequirements : - Strong programming proficiency in Python- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn- Solid understanding of data curation, preprocessing, and feature engineering- Familiarity with statistical analysis, data mining, and web scraping- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environmentCompensation : We offer a competitive and flexible compensation package, commensurate with experience and expertise.
