We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Performance Analyst/Manager (5-10 years) to join our team and drive performance across our Global trading business.In this role, you'll provide data-driven insights that strengthen decision-making, monitor Business performance, cash flows and liquidity, and oversee hedging/derivative strategies to manage risk and optimize profitability. You'll report to Senior management working closely with Trading, Finance, Risk, and Operations teams to translate complex market and financial data into clear insights for better decision making.What You'll Do:- Monitor and analyse trading performance, P&L, and working capital.- Track cash flow, liquidity, and financial exposures, ensuring robust risk management.- Oversee hedging and derivative positions, providing analysis and compliance monitoring.- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports to measure business health.- Deliver forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning to guide trading decisions.- Benchmark performance against competitors and industry standards.- Partner across functions to streamline processes and optimize profitability.What We're Looking For:- MBA - Finance from Tier-1 institute only- 5-10 years of experience in business performance, commodities trading, or FP&A.- Knowledge of commodity markets, derivatives, and hedging strategies.- Proven ability to manage cash flow forecasting, Trade P&L and variance analysis.- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.- Background in process improvement or transformation initiatives is a plus.- This role involves extensive international travel across the globe (ref:iimjobs.com)
