To distribute participatory power to billions of people in the digital economy.- What this actually means : We have built our own L1 blockchain, and a backend technical structure for protocols and ecosystem to make digital infrastructure efficient, secure and more accessible.- Our global products and tools are natively built for web 3.0 world.- You will work with teams working on tech products across blockchain, and distributed systems for a real-world problem solving.- We're taking on established paths and conventional wisdom about how the Tech and Internet should work.- Underlying principle is to solve the hard problem of protecting user rights, digital intellectual property rights and protection of assets in an age of AI and instant replication.- Cultural Expectations : Our start-up journey involves constant evolution and adaptation to market dynamics.- People work on strategizing entirely new systems with a hands-on approach, within short time frames.- Resources consciousness is high, and you get freedom to operate across products, do your best work, and stand ahead in the tech curve.- You can expect : .- Thriving in decision making in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.- To exhibit exceptional integrity and reliability on promise delivery.- Will collaborative and have inclusive attitude.- A value outcome driven thinking with resource optimization.- If above resonates with you, we will love to have a discussion with you.- Location : Noida (WFO) / 5 Days.About the role :- Were looking for a UI/UX Design Lead who can bridge design strategy, user empathy, and product vision in a tech-first environment.- Youll lead the design direction across products built on blockchain infrastructure - spanning wallets, dashboards, data tools, and Dapps.- The role demands a deep understanding of user behaviour in decentralized ecosystems, coupled with strong design systems thinking and the ability to inspire and mentor other designers.What will you get to do :- Lead and define design strategy and user experience across Web3 products and digital interfaces.- Translate complex blockchain concepts into intuitive, human-centered experiences.- Conduct user research to understand decentralized user journeys, pain points, and adoption barriers.- Create scalable design systems that align with brand and accessibility standards across multiple products.- Collaborate with product, tech, and engineering teams to ship seamless, high-quality user experiences.- Mentor designers and ensure consistent design quality across the product ecosystem.Skills & Qualifications :- 6+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, including proven leadership in driving design strategy and execution.- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional design craft, user flows, and system thinking - preferably across Web3, fintech, or tech products.- Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools (Framer, Webflow, Miro, etc.- Solid understanding of Design Systems, visual styling, prototyping, and user flows.- Strong grasp of front-end (HTML/CSS) and ability to collaborate closely with developers.Hiring Process : 3 - 4 rounds of interviews with Function, HR & Senior leaders.
