If you're ready to take on high-impact sales calls and drive business growth, this is the opportunity for you Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the US market to promote our products/services Be comfortable conductingsales conversations over video calls Effectively communicate value propositions and handle objections with confidence Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through consistent follow-up Collaborate with internal teams to improve call strategies and campaign success Requirements: 1year of experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar voice process is preferred (especially in international calling), but not mandatory Excellent spoken Englishwith clear pronunciation and strong interpersonal skills Bold, confident, and persuasivecommunication style Ability to work in anight shift (US hours)from our Kolkata office Strong work ethic and target-driven attitude Preferred: Candidatesbased in Kolkata or willing to relocate Prior experience ininternational sales or US outbound calling Strong listening skills and the ability to think on your feet
