In return — apart from salary — you’ll get enormous growth, ridiculous learning, and a thick skin for the bumpy but legendary ride aheadWhat You’ll DoBuild, Scale and Manage partnerships with banks and financial institutions that power our credit-on-UPI stack Identify, pitch, and onboard new banking partners for credit, payments, and co-branded initiatives Negotiate commercials, SLAs, and partnership terms that create mutual value Work cross-functionally with product, tech, compliance, legal, and finance to make partnerships move fast Manage relationships with senior stakeholders at partner banks — product heads to CXOs Drive joint GTM initiatives, growth targets, and transaction volumes Stay plugged into RBI, NPCI, and digital credit developments — always one step ahead Own documentation, reporting, and communication with partners Anticipate issues, solve fast, and keep momentum highWhat You Bring5–10 years inbank partnerships, business alliances, or fintech partnerships Deep understanding ofUPI, cards, credit, co-branded credit cards and digital payments ecosystem Experience in closing and scaling partnerships with Large Banks & NBFCs Negotiation ninja with relationship and stakeholder magic Startup DNA — bias for action, no drama, just delivery
