Partnership Associate

About the role -The partnerships team at slice builds strong alliances to expand our ecosystem. We collaborate to create innovative, customer-first banking solutions.Key Responsibilities -- Act as the primary point of contact with merchant partners for payment-related issues. - Investigate transaction failures or delays, coordinate with internal teams, and engage with merchants to ensure quick resolution. - Maintain strong working relationships with merchants to drive faster turnaround and prevent repeat issues. - Collaborate with Partnerships team to identify recurring issues and recommend process/product improvements. - Document resolution steps, learnings, and best practices to ensure knowledge continuity.What We’re Looking For- 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, account management, merchant support, or customer success. - Strong communication and relationship-management skills. - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ownership of issue resolution. - Comfort with data tracking, using dashboards, and maintaining issue logs. - Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.Life at sliceLife so good, you’d think we’re kidding:- Competitive salaries.
