Location : PAN India.We are looking for an experienced React.js Developer who is passionate about building dynamic, responsive, and high-performing web applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of JavaScript and React.js, along with experience in front-end architecture, performance optimization, and modern UI frameworks.As part of the development team, you will collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to create intuitive, scalable, and maintainable user interfaces that deliver an exceptional user experience.Key Responsibilities :- Design and develop responsive, reusable, and scalable front-end components using React.js and JavaScript (ES6+).- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow.- Translate design wireframes and business requirements into functional, efficient, and elegant front-end solutions.- Maintain and improve existing applications for better performance, usability, and scalability.- Implement state management using tools such as Redux, MobX, or Context API.- Optimize components for maximum performance across different web-capable devices and browsers.- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.- Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and ensure code quality.- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in front-end Skills & Qualifications :- 5 to 7 years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer or React.js Developer.- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, HTML5, and CSS3.- Experience with React Hooks, Functional Components, and React Router.- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.- Experience in state management using Redux, MobX, or Context API.- Familiarity with build tools such as Webpack, Babel, NPM, or Yarn.- Strong knowledge of cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and performance optimization.- Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).- Understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Preferred Skills :- Experience with TypeScript and Next.js.- Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library).- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies.- Understanding of Micro Frontend Architecture and Component Libraries (e.g., Material UI, Ant Design, Chakra UI).- Exposure to backend technologies (Node.js, Express) is a plus.
