The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing modern web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions in an agile environment.Key Responsibilities :- Participate in requirements analysis and translate business needs into technical specifications.- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to produce robust software design and architecture.- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.- Develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces aligned with UX best practices.- Test, debug, and deploy applications and systems in an agile setup.- Improve and optimize existing software for performance and scalability.- Maintain technical documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).- Serve as a subject matter expert for React.js applications and provide technical support to internal teams.- Ensure code quality through code reviews and best development practices.Required Skills :- React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and C#.- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems (Git).- Knowledge of frontend performance optimization, API integration, and UI/UX best practices.- Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills.Experience Required : - Bachelors/Master's degree in Engineering (Computer Science preferred).- 6+ years of experience in frontend development.- 4+ years of hands-on experience with React.js-based web development.- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, maintainable, and scalable web applications.Soft Skills : - Strong communication (verbal & written) and collaboration skills.- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.- Fast learner with a zeal to learn new technologies and continuously improve.- Self-motivated and capable of working as an individual contributor.- Demonstrates professional work ethics and accountability in delivery.How to Apply : If you are interested in this opportunity, kindly confirm your interest and share your updated resume with us.
