Job Summary :

This role is responsible for timely collections and follow up of past dues to improve working capital for the Company


Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Assists in the collection, management, and resolution of outstanding invoices from current & past due accounts. Prepares past due reports.
  • Regular follow up with Customer for collections.
  • Monitoring and analyzing Ageing Report for Accounts Receivable.
  • Screening documentation for customer accounts, credit evaluation and help in credit decision making.
  • Financial analysis relating to Accounts Receivables Computation of Bad debts.
  • Adhoc Finance support to Sales and Service
  • Communication with Banks to follow up for rejected payments/bounced cheques etc.
  • Follow up for Legal recovery in customer disputes
  • AR Reporting and MIS generation. Housekeeping of all credit related documents, performing regular credit reviews, checks on credit related compliances etc.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of previous work experience in relevant field
  • Excellent communication skills on all levels
  • Self Initiator
  • SAP Knowledge
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Good problem solving skills Able to work without close supervision
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Analytical & Influencing Skills


Education:

Graduation in any stream. (MBA will be preferred)
