About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Core Developer with strong expertise in OData services and Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP) to join our dynamic development team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on experience in SAP custom development, a good understanding of SAP Fiori integration, and familiarity with Qmates tools or similar quality frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Application Development : Design, develop, and maintain SAP applications using Core ABAP and OOABAP.

- OData Services : Build and expose OData services to enable SAP Fiori and other integration scenarios.

- Collaboration : Work closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions.

- Performance Optimization : Enhance existing ABAP programs for improved performance, scalability, and maintainability.

- Quality Assurance : Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and defect resolution.

- Tool Utilization : Leverage Qmates tools (or similar) to ensure code quality and development efficiency.

- Fiori Support : Assist in SAP Fiori app development and integration projects.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong proficiency in Core ABAP development.

- Hands-on expertise in OData services and OOABAP.

- Working knowledge of SAP Fiori architecture and integration concepts.

- Experience with Qmates tools or equivalent development/quality tools (preferred).

- Ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented code.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications :


- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- SAP Certification in ABAP or related modules is an advantage.
