About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality & Governance Specialist to join our Data Governance, Risk & Compliance team within the Group Chief Financial Office function. The role is critical in implementing and standardizing processes to manage Data Risk across Finance & Treasury functions, including Data Quality, Sovereignty, Privacy, Record Keeping, and Responsible AI.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to influence and improve enterprise-wide data governance initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive standardization and governance in managing Data Risk across Finance & Treasury processes.

- Establish a centralized data analytics capability for adjustments, exceptions, and data quality reporting.

- Identify recurring themes, inconsistencies, and control weaknesses and develop resolution strategies.

- Provide expert advisory and analytics capability to correlate and remediate Data Quality issues across functions.

- Develop and implement real-time business and technical use cases to strengthen data controls.

- Partner with business stakeholders to assess change impacts on Data Risk and recommend prioritization strategies.

- Support the development of metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for Data Quality and Governance.

Key Qualifications : : B.Tech/B.E, MBA, or Master's degree in Numeric Sciences (Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, etc.)

Experience :

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Data Quality (DQ) and/or Data Governance (DG) functions.

- Strong background in Finance Data Analysis, Risk Management, and Treasury processes preferred.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in SQL, Python scripting, and advanced analytics tools.

- Hands-on experience with Informatica Data Quality, MDM, and ETL tools.

- Strong knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).

- Familiarity with Agile methodology and project delivery frameworks.

- Experience with SAP Finance modules is an advantage.

- Ability to translate technical data governance concepts into business-impact solutions.

- Proven track record of working in cross-functional, global environments.
