Job Summary :

- We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Freight Forwarder-Exim Sales Manager with a strong background in freight forwarding and a proven portfolio of clients ("business in hand").

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new revenue streams, expanding our MNC client base, and contributing to the overall growth of our freight forwarding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new business opportunities in international and domestic freight forwarding (Air, Ocean).

- Leverage existing client relationships to generate immediate business.

- Identify and target potential customers through cold calling, networking, and industry events.

- Prepare and deliver customized sales presentations to prospective clients.

- Negotiate rates, contracts, and service terms in alignment with company objectives.

- Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain updated records of sales activities, pipelines, and customer feedback.
