About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead Developer based in Hyderabad, India, with expertise in AI/ML, Data Science, Full Stack Development, and Client Solutions Delivery. This hands-on role involves designing, developing, and leading advanced AI-driven solutions while ensuring the successful delivery of client projects. As a technical leader, you will mentor a team and work directly with clients to understand their business needs, translating them into scalable and impactful applications.


Responsibilities

AI/ML and Data Science:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, or other use cases.
  • Implement feature engineering, model training, evaluation, optimization, and deployment.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines to collect, clean, and preprocess structured and unstructured data.


Full Stack Development:

  • Develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications and APIs using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js).
  • Design and optimize backend systems and microservices architecture.
  • Integrate AI/ML models with front-end applications for seamless user experiences.


Client Solutions Delivery:

  • Act as the primary technical contact for client engagements, understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to deliver high-quality, AI-driven applications tailored to their specific needs.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Conduct client workshops and training sessions to demonstrate solutions and gather feedback.

Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews, establish development standards, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and data engineers.


DevOps and Cloud:

  • Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless development and deployment workflows.
  • Monitor application performance and implement solutions for optimization and scaling.


Qualifications

Technical Expertise: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in software development. Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript (Node.js), Java, or similar languages. Proficiency in front-end technologies like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. Strong knowledge of database management (SQL, NoSQL).


Required Skills

  • AI/ML and Data Science: 1+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML and Data Science projects. Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras). Understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical models.
  • Client Solutions Delivery: 1+ years of experience in client-facing roles delivering technical solutions. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience managing client expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Cloud and DevOps: Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud for deployments. Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor junior team members. Strong project management and teamwork skills.
