Job Role: Sales Head (PAN India)Experience- 15 to 20 YearsSalary- 40.00 to 50.00 LPAJob Location-Lower Parel, MumbaiAbout the company- Our client, is a trusted, respected Pharmaceutical Company in the field of DERMATOLOGY and they are into developing, manufacturing and creating mega brands since 2003.Currently our client is engaged in marketing around 25 DERMA BRANDS with PAN INDIA operations.Position Overview: The Sales Head will lead and oversee all sales operations across India, driving revenue growth, market expansion, and business development. The role involves managing a large sales team, implementing strategic sales plans, and ensuring business objectives are achieved for a high-turnover organization.Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy & Execution • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets of₹150–200 Cr+ turnover.• Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion across regions.2. Team Leadership & People Management • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 500+ sales and marketing personnel.• Set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure accountability at all levels.3. Stakeholder Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, clients, andpartners.• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align strategiesand optimize sales performance.4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting • Track sales performance, prepare forecasts, and generate management reports.• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical practices, and regulatoryguidelines.5. Market & Competitor Analysis • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.• Provide actionable insights to the leadership team for strategic decision-making.Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.• 15–20 years of experience in sales management, preferably with exposure todermatology segment.• Proven experience managing large teams (500+) and pan-India operations.• Strong leadership, strategic planning, analytical, and communication skills.• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving revenue targets.Preferred Background: • Experience in the dermatology sector is preferred.• Exposure to high-turnover businesses (₹150–200 Cr+) is an advantage.Candidates can mail their CVs to sumit.kalra@talentcorner.in
