Roles and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dedicated Placement Coordinator to join our team. The Placement Coordinator will determine placement requirements and assist interested students and candidates in identifying employment opportunities based on their interests. You will act as a liaison between students and potential employers, ensuring successful placements in the job market.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Determine placement requirements and assist students in identifying suitable employment opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between students and potential employers to facilitate successful job placements.
- Maintain a regularly updated database of potential candidates to track the progress of their applications.
- Proactively contact and collaborate with various employers, companies, and agencies to establish placement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with academic departments of various educational institutions.
- Maintain a database of potential employers and companies we have partnerships with and continuously update new contacts.
- Conduct training programs for students to enhance their resumes, interview skills, and soft skills as needed.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their resumes and application progress.
- Set up interviews for interested students and coordinate schedules accordingly.
- Address and respond to student queries on various platforms in a timely manner.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Undergraduate degree is a must.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Placement Coordinator.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a positive attitude and display constant enthusiasm towards work.
- Knowledge and interest in digital marketing is an added bonus.
Requirements:
- Professional demeanor at all times.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and employers.
