As a trader, you will leverage GoQuant’s proprietary research pipelines, execution engines, and low-latency technology to maximize P&L while maintaining disciplined risk management.This role is an ideal fit for a self-directed trader with a verifiable track record of profitability, looking to amplify their edge with access to advanced infrastructure and capital backing.Responsibilities • Actively trade cryptocurrencies and/or digital assets, identifying and executing profitable opportunities in real time • Develop, deploy, monitor, and refine discretionary and systematic strategies • Manage risk exposure within firm-wide limits and regulatory frameworks • Keep detailed records of trades, strategies, and market conditions to inform iteration and research • Share insights and collaborate with quant researchers and engineers to enhance alpha capture and execution efficiency • Stay current with macroeconomic events, order flow dynamics, and market microstructure developments • Contribute to a culture of rigorous research and collaborative learningAbout You • Entrepreneurial, competitive, and adaptive, with a disciplined approach to risk • 2+ years of proven profitability in crypto trading • Strong understanding of market microstructure and execution dynamics • Comfortable with data-driven decision making and systematic processes • Able to communicate strategies and performance clearly and concisely • Team-oriented with an independent edge-seeking mindsetJob Requirements • Demonstrated track record of consistent profitability • Strong discipline in risk management • Familiarity with trading APIs, market data feeds, and order routing (preferred)How to ApplyIf you’re interested in this position, please apply Candidates who may not meet all the qualification criteria are still encouraged to apply.
